FT Our Team: Field-tech family consists of Along with the expertise, a dedicated team of engineers of 4 members who are passionate in developmental projects and has vast expertise in Electrical, civil, power electronics, embedded systems and instrumentation.

Rajeswara rao Rayasam is a graduate in Electronics and Communications passed out in 1975 and commenced his career in Marketing of Ultrasonic cleaners, Flaw detectors, Thickness gauges etc. He later worked as Sales Executive in ITL, Hyderabad marketing field Test equipments, Automatic voltage Stabilizers, Servo stabilizers etc for 2 years. He is also instrumental in getting orders for Digital storage oscilloscopes from NSTL Gold make a single order for 15 no’s . He also secured orders from Visakhapatnam Steel Plant for Strip Chart Recorders Oscilloscopes etc worth 50 Lakhs in 1990 a single order.
He had conducted workshop for Promoting Honeywell instrumentation and still continuing in getting orders every year for various Equipments. Before that IL Kota was the only Source for steel plant. He had also promoted Tempsens Udaipur Thermocouples in steel plant and various Process industries in and around Visakhapatnam
He started his own organization by Name FIELD-TECH Engineers and contractors in 1991 full pledged proprietary organization actively involved in securing orders from Naval DOCKYARD, DGNP Material organization NSTL etc. Had developed an ATEE for Controls Lab NSTL development OF Actuation system 02 nos and are still in use. He is also keenly involved in Obtaining channel Partner for Rohde and Schwarz Test and Measuring instruments

Ramachandra Mantripragada is an Engineering Graduate in Mechanical Stream and passed out in the year 1986 from Bangalore University. During starting of his career he worked in a private firm as Engineering in charge for one of their prestigious Cryo project executed for ISRO. There he was in charge for procurement of materials, timely execution and handled about 100 workers single handedly. The Cryo project includes the construction 10,000 Ltrs capacity of Liquid Nitrogen Storage tanks and connected SS Pipe line of Dia ranging from 800 MM dia to 50 MM approximately 5000 Mtrs running length. The project was executed under a third party inspection from New Zealand. In the year 1991 he started on his own and executed many prestigious works for Naval Dockyard which includes Provision of Test beds for testing various equipments like Radial Engines, Heavy motors etc., Under his belt he has done lot of projects in chemical Bay like Fabrication of Chemical tanks with Lead, Rubber and PVC lining and installed a filter press as per the norms of Pollution Board. He has also executed many Pipe line works like Oil Lines, LP Air lines, HP Air lines and Steam Pipe lines running along the yard. In addition to the above, he was instrumental in executing lot of Indigenization works, indigenizing lot of Russian items having various material compositions of both Ferrous and Non Ferrous items. He also handled Import of Items to meet various requirement of Indian Navy.
